Last updated: 9 October 2026. RORA is run by Phishastudios, Nigeria. Questions: phishaman@gmail.com.

RORA is an augmented reality coin hunt. This page explains what the RORA app and website collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We keep it to what we need to run the hunts.

What we collect

What stays on your phone

How we use it

To run the hunts, save your progress, work out your points and gift discounts, give out gifts at the kiosk, show requested songs on the event screen, send hunt notices, and tell waitlist members about RORA. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other apps and websites.

Who sees it

Event staff using the RORA kiosk see a gift code and what it is for. The event screen shows song titles, artists and nicknames. Our service provider, Supabase, stores our data for us. We don't share it with anyone else, except where the law requires.

Where it is stored and for how long

On Supabase servers in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). We keep guest profiles and hunt activity for 1 month after the hunt ends, and waitlist emails until you ask us to remove them or we stop contacting the list.

Your choices

Email us to ask for a copy of your data, or for your waitlist email or guest profile and its data to be deleted. You can turn off camera, location and notifications at any time in your iPhone settings, though the hunt needs the camera to work.

Children

RORA is for people aged 13 and over. Some events are for people aged 18 and over. When that is the case, it is shown next to the event in the app. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you play.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
